Founded in partnership with Prospect Health Recruitment and Global Talent Partners, two market leading healthcare recruitment firms, Prospect Estates has a unique level of access to quality, high growth businesses and their key decision makers, and tens of thousands of individuals, a majority of which, at some stage in their career, will look to either acquire or retire from their sector.

At Prospect Estates, we look after two types of people. People who are looking to upgrade and grow their business or are thinking about buying, and people who want to retire from their business or are considering an exit strategy for whatever reason.

Our key role as your chosen consultant is to guide you through what can be a daunting, unknown process to successful acquisition or a sale.

Within that we take on several roles:

  • We are your adviser – We’ll discuss with you at great length your reasons for acquiring or selling and advise you on all aspects of the market, your journey through the process and how to make the most of the opportunity you have.
  • We are your consultant – “Fail to plan, plan to fail”. We’ve all heard that but it’s true. To get the best possible outcome for you and your business, you need to plan how to achieve it. At Prospect Estates we will consult with you to put than plan in place, whether that’s planning your retirement or exit strategy or planning your businesses world domination, we do it day in, day out with our clients.
  • We are your introducer – Using our prominent level of market knowledge and existing relationships we open the doors that you might not be able to or don’t know how to open yourself. We also make sure that the introductions we make are centred around who represents the best fit for both parties. On top of that, we can introduce to our own, carefully chosen, panel of finance brokers and solicitors who can make sure that you are getting the best terms on your finance and that you are well protected from a legal perspective when putting the deal together.
  • We are your negotiator – We understand the market norms so that you don’t have to. If you are going to handover your business to someone new after completion of a sale or purchase, then you need to be able to work with them professionally. With that in mind, why take the risk of negotiating head-to-head and potentially fraying tensions and the professional relationship between the two parties? We act as the middleman who makes sure that everyone walks away with at least half a smile on their face, knowing that they got a fair deal, and no one feels hard done by.
